Start every morning with interval training

Ever since my summer vacation started I have been beginning every morning with an hour of hardcore interval training. It’s a jump-start like no other, which I highly recommend if you want to increase you effectiveness and get the most out of your day. It might be hard to get up that early a day you do not have to get up at all! But trust me, the effect will eventually kick in and soon you will be looking forward to start your day that way!
